The Cheese Box - Lake Geneva, WI
DC Woodshop developed a complete line of gift boxes for The Cheesebox. There are a variety of styles to coordinate with the various sizes of their gift box packages. The cheese shop also uses our collection for their display. They've been a tremendous hit with the customers who love the look and feel of hand engraved wood - although these were done with our Helix Laser Engraver.
Volume Production Run - Crosses and Crucifixes
One of our volume production projects this past June was an order for crosses and crucifixes in various sizes and woods. This manufacturing job was no problem with the use of our Shop Sabre CNC Router.
Of particular interest is the routed channel for the praying hands metal insert. Smooth enough to fit in the channel without effort for assembly and still the specs were exactly the right spacing to ascertain the praying hands were fit snuggly with no chance of inadvertently coming loose.
